Privacy Policy

I run this site myself. I keep it small, I keep your data small, and I don't sell anything to anyone. Here's exactly what happens when you use adham.coach.

What I collect

A few categories, plus some automatic technical information.

• Your email, if you give it to me. That happens when you sign up for a newsletter (the Field Notes list), download the free guide (the 5-Minute Anxiety Reset), or join a pathway and ask me to email you the next step.
• Your name and message, if you fill out the contact form on the site.
• Your quiz answers, if you take the Meaning Quiz. Your responses and scores are stored in my database so the quiz works, and your email is stored alongside them only if you choose to enter it to get your full reading.
• Your check-in answers, if you're a client and fill in an assessment or check-in I've sent you. Those are stored on the server so I can read them and we can track your progress between sessions.
• Your pathway progress (which step you completed and when), if you've given me your email for a pathway. I keep it on the server so I can send you the next step at the right time, and so you can pick up on a different device.
• Anonymous page-view counts via Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no individual tracking — just totals (how many people opened which page).

What I don't collect

• Cookies that follow you around the web.
• Anything from third-party trackers (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics, no ad networks).
• Your IP address (beyond what Vercel and Supabase log briefly for security).
• Payment information. If we work together one-on-one, payment is handled by a separate processor and I never see your card details.

What I use it for

• To send you the things you asked for. If you signed up for a newsletter, I send newsletters. If you joined a pathway, I send pathway reminders.
• To answer you when you write to me.
• To understand which essays land, via the anonymous page-view counts.

That's it. I don't sell your email to anyone. I don't share it with anyone. I don't use it for retargeting ads.

Where your data lives

• Email and pathway progress: in a Supabase database (Postgres, hosted in the US).
• Email sending: via Brevo (transactional emails, hosted in the EU).
• Site hosting: Vercel (the page you're reading) and GitHub Pages (mirror).
• Newsletter list: stored in Brevo.

How long I keep it

Until you tell me to stop. Every email I send has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Once you unsubscribe I stop sending emails immediately, but I keep the row marked "unsubscribed" so I don't accidentally re-add you. If you want me to delete your data entirely, email me at adham@adham.coach and I'll do it within 7 days.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you're in the EU or California (or anywhere with similar laws), you have the right to know what I have about you, to correct it, to take it elsewhere, and to make me delete it. To exercise any of these, just email adham@adham.coach. I'll respond within 30 days, usually faster.

Children

This site is for adults. Don't sign up if you're under 16.

Changes

If I change anything material, I'll update the date at the top and, if you're on my email list, I'll send you a note before the change takes effect.
