By using adham.coach you agree to these terms. They're short and plain on purpose.

What this site is

adham.coach is the home for my writing, my courses, and my coaching practice. The free content (essays, pathways, the 5-Minute Anxiety Reset, the Field Notes newsletter) is here for you to read and use however helps. The paid content (one-on-one coaching, group programs) is described on the Work With Me page.

What this site isn't

It is not therapy. It is not medical or psychiatric care. It is not a substitute for any of those. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed professional, a crisis hotline, or emergency services in your country.

The content

The writing, the methods, the artwork — all of it is my work. You're welcome to share quotes, link to essays, and forward emails to friends. You're not welcome to copy entire essays into your own site or product, train an AI model on the writing, or republish for profit without asking first. If you want to do something with the content that isn't obviously fine, email me at adham@adham.coach.

Working with me

If you book a one-on-one engagement, the specifics (sessions, schedule, total cost, refund terms) are spelled out in the agreement we both sign before any payment. Those engagement terms take precedence over anything on this page.

Every coaching tier listed on the Work With Me page has a 30-day no-questions-asked refund window. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case and in good faith.

Standalone single sessions (like the Root Session) work differently: they're non-refundable. When you book, that time is held for you and turned away from someone else. But rescheduling is free and easy: give me 24 hours' notice and we'll move it, no charge, no friction.

Email and your data

How I use your email and what I store is in the Privacy Policy. Short version: only what you give me, only for what you asked for, never sold or shared.

Account safety

Right now there are no accounts on this site. If that changes, I'll update this page and tell you. Your "account" today is your email address. Keep it secure on your end (don't share inbox access).

Liability

I write about my own experience and what I've seen with clients. I do my best to be careful. But I can't promise the writing, the pathways, or the free tools will produce any particular result for you. You're the one walking. By using this site you accept that I'm not liable for any choices you make based on something I wrote.

Changes

If I change these terms in any material way, I'll update the date at the top and, if you're on my email list, I'll send a note before the change takes effect.

The rest

If a court decides any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays. These terms are governed by the laws of the place I'm working from at the time of any dispute, and any dispute will be handled there.
